What we do

Launchers Web designs, builds, and maintains websites and related marketing services for local businesses, as described on this site and in your proposal.

Website Studio payment

Website Studio uses the $40 one-time setup shown in your proposal. That amount is due in full to start the build, covers the full project total, and leaves a $0 remaining balance. The separate $10/month Website Service starts only when your site is first successfully published live; acceptance, onboarding, drafts, and review do not start that service.

The Website Service covers continued Launchers-hosted service, ordinary hosting, and maintenance for the published Studio site. It does not include open-ended redesign or revision work, SEO, chatbots, domain purchase, or Care extras. You own your domain; hosting it with Launchers does not transfer ownership.

If a verified monthly payment is missed, the site remains live for a 7-calendar-day grace period. We suspend the Website Service and publication entitlement only after durable provider evidence of nonpayment remains past that grace period; the project, site data, domain ownership, payment history, and publication history are preserved. A verified recovery payment restores service. Cancellation stops future renewals, while service continues through the paid period. No automatic refund is promised for the $40 setup or the $10/month service; any refund is discretionary under the existing refund authority.

Legacy project deposits

For proposals that state a $50 deposit, that deposit is 100% refundable until you approve your first draft — if you don't love the draft, you get it back, no questions. The remaining balance is due at launch, as set out in your proposal.

Care plans

Care plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with notice — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

Your content, your site

You own your domain and your content. Materials you provide must be yours to use; you're responsible for the accuracy of business information we publish for you.

Honest expectations

We build sites designed to win you more customers. Our free website audit is our own assessment, not a speed test: where we can load your site we score its structure — what's present, missing or misconfigured — and where we cannot, the report says so. Some audits also carry Google PageSpeed data, and the report tells you which numbers came from where. No one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue — anyone who does is selling something else.
