What we do

Launchers Web designs, builds, and maintains websites and related marketing services for local businesses, as described on this site and in your proposal.

Deposits & payment

Projects start with a $50 deposit. It's 100% refundable until you approve your first draft — if you don't love the draft, you get it back, no questions. The remaining balance is due at launch, as set out in your proposal.

Care plans

Care plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with notice — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

Your content, your site

You own your domain and your content. Materials you provide must be yours to use; you're responsible for the accuracy of business information we publish for you.

Honest expectations

We build sites designed to win you more customers, and our audits use real measurements (including Google's). But no one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue — anyone who does is selling something else.

The legal bits
