What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, business name, email, and phone number when you fill out a form, unlock an audit report, or start a project. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (standard, anonymous usage data).
How we use it
To respond to you, deliver the audit or website work you asked about, and follow up about your project. If we reached out to you first, it's because your business is publicly listed and we prepared a website review for you — reply “stop” anytime or use launcherswebllc.com/unsubscribe and we won't contact you again.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for their marketing. Client project details stay between us.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel) under their security practices. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Instagram and Meta
If you message the Launchers Instagram account, comment on our posts, or otherwise interact with our account, Meta may share that interaction with us through our Instagram integration: the messages and comments you send, plus related account and event information such as the identifiers Meta attaches and when the interaction happened. We use it to respond to you and to run our customer communication and project work. We never sell it. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes or to meet legal obligations, and you can ask us to delete it at any time — see our data deletion instructions.
